* One large community pool is located a quick walk from the property but the majority of the community ammenities are located near the clubhouse which is a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk.

Rental policies
-No smoking, vaping or marijuana
-No pets allowed
-No parties or large gatherings
-Primary renter MUST be at least 25 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors
-Submission of photo ID or passport may be required (simply upload into Guest Experience portal)
-Signed Rental Agreement required for each booking (sent by email to be signed electronically by primary renter)
Please note:
-As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after guest checks out and no supply of such as condiments or coffee will be provided.
-The outside of the house is equipped with cameras and light sensors for security purposes. Tampering with the cameras is not permitted and is a violation of the rental agreement and a reason for eviction.
-As per legal requirement (Governor Desantis Executive Order) no gathering more than the total occupancy of this property. By law, if you do not respect this rule, we will have all rights to have you removed from the property without any right for compensation. You would also put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at anytime by neighbors or the HOA. Only gests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.

In additon to the house amenities, guests will have access to all of the resort amenities at Windsor at Westside including clubhouse, pool, kids splash park, arcade, lazy river, jacuzzi, playgrounds, gym, sports courts, bar, shop and more.
* Please note that while one of the community pools is within short walking distance, the rest of the community features (kids splash park, gym, etc) are located near the clubhouse in another phase of the community and is accessible either via a quick drive to the other gate or by taking a 10 minute walk and using the path that connects the two parts of the community.
